Overview
This guide is intended for Pulse users who receive the "This version of Windows has reached end of support" message when they try to launch Vantage.
It is also intended for client-side IT System Administrators who may be asked to resolve this issue for users.

Background
When the Vantage application is launched, a process runs automatically to check that the system it is being asked to run on meets minimum system requirements. This is to ensure performance and security standards are met.
If minimum system requirements are not met, the user is warned via the message shown below and the Vantage application launcher will close when the message is acknowledged without allowing the user to log in.
Resolution
This issue needs to be resolved by the user's IT System Administrator, as it requires an upgrade to system being used to run the Vantage application. I.e. The user's PC or remote desktop.
Minimum System Requirements
The minimum system required to run the Vantage application are:
- Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, Server 2019, Server 2022, or later
- A 64-bit Intel or AMD processor with SSE3
- A display resolution of at least 1600×900 scaled pixels
- 6 GB free hard drive space
